Additionally the responsibility to develop a pharmaceutical needs assessment (PNA) for the city has passed from the Primary Care Trusts to the Birmingham Health and Wellbeing Board (HWB). WebWe are a voluntary group of Birmingham Parent Carers whose purpose is to become the bridge between services and families and a collective voice representing all members and all disabilities. We aim to build strong and sustainable links between our Local authority, Joint Clinical Commissioning Group and The Children’s Trust.
