WebI've shot my Double Anarchy at the wall before and counted the bullet holes, and for some reason it shoots 8 times. But yeah, even as Lilith with an elemental build, I use merc. mod and Double Anarchy when I want to kill something fast. That's also because I don't have a hellfire yet :( stupid chest farming.
