WebIf there isn't a command for the bot to move to a different voice channel, then you just physically move it. Drag and drop to a different channel, but that's only if you have that permission. There's also a way to tell the bot to join a certain channel by itself. I don't think you can drag and drop it if the bot isn't in a voice channel. WebBot dev here.
