WebJun 28, 2024 · Since the latest update, my Outlook doesn't show that I have new mail until I open the app, and then the badge count notification is there. Everything in settings is set correctly...badge count, checked on. Notifications, allowed. Im at my wits end with it....I've tried restarting my phone. I've googled it.
